I created this course to give new operators the knowledge, systems, and processes I wish I had from the beginning—helping them avoid years of trial and error and build strong business habits from their very first sale.

Every new operator only needs a handful of sales each year to build a profitable business. In many cases, just 6–10 estate sale projects annually can create a substantial income stream. As the resale economy continues to grow, demand for estate sale services remains strong, creating opportunities for entrepreneurs who are ready to serve families and connect shoppers with secondhand treasures.

Will I need a large upfront investment?
